Our team cultivates learning to pinpoint, ever more precisely, where technology delivers results.
Find out how to accelerate your idea
How long does it take to see an idea working with my customers?
Days for the first version with real customers; weeks to be in production. In the mobility company case, the WhatsApp sales agent was ready for testing in two to three days and closed five subscriptions in two days of testing. At Mars in the United States, the portal design was tested with the client's team in the second week.
The pace comes from how we build: we map the process with the people who do the work, prototype on the AI architectures we already run in production, and only then scale.
How do you use AI to build faster?
AI is in the whole process, not only in the product. Coding agents write and test a large share of the changes, within rules and checks that we write, and a person decides what goes in. In the Sephora app, agents make more than half of the code changes, and a new version ships every nine days.
That is why a small team delivers what used to require a software factory.
How many people work on my project?
Two or three people from Taqtile, with someone who makes decisions working directly with your team, not ten. With AI in the process, one engineer with agents does the work that used to take six or seven.
What you gain is fast decisions and a smaller bill. What does not change is who answers for each delivery: always someone with a name.
My technology team has to approve. How do you work with them?
Within their rules. We work in the environment, the stack and the approval process your team already uses, and we leave the code, the specifications and the architecture with you from day one.
When there is sensitive data, the solution runs in the client's cloud, and the design uses more than one model provider, so no one is locked into a single one.
Do you work with what we already have, like Salesforce?
Yes. At Mars in the United States, the B2B ordering portal runs on the Salesforce the company already had, with a custom layer only where the standard store fell short. In the Sephora app, the foundation is what the brand already operated.
We start with what exists and replace only what holds back the result.
Am I locked into Taqtile or into a platform?
No. The code, the specifications and the architecture are yours. We design the solution so it does not depend on a vendor or on an AI model: at Mars in Germany, the same solution runs with models from two providers, switched by task.
Off-the-shelf platforms tend to lock a company into AI that is one or two generations behind. An architecture of your own keeps up with today's AI, and your team runs it.
Does this cost more than hiring a software factory?
It usually costs less, because you pay for a small team and for the result, not for the hours of ten people. Before any price, we show a working prototype with your customers or sales reps.
The scope closes around what needs to work, with a cap, and part of the price can be tied to the result when you are ready for that.
How do you handle ethics and security in AI?
As a design premise, not as a layer added later. We map the risks before building, keep a person in the loop wherever the AI's decision has consequences, and the agent never makes up a price or a condition: a rule is a rule, and the model explains and converses.
We assess each solution across ten dimensions, from governance to human impact, with Brazil's data protection law (LGPD) and the European AI regulation as the yardstick.
